The aquatic service, handled from start to finish
Lifeguard shortages, mid-season departures, hard-to-fill schedules: instead of managing all of that yourself, hand us the complete management of the aquatic service at your municipal pool, your school or school service centre pool, or your club's pool.
What we offer
- Lifeguards and assistant lifeguards, certifications verified
- A complete team, assigned to your facility and managed by us
- Coverage for public swims, lessons and activities
- Replacements handled by us
- Our staff supervised by our supervisors
- Year-round service for indoor pools
- Swim lessons for your residents, students or members with Nage Assurée
The basic requirements
A pool open to the public must be supervised by a lifeguard at least 16 years old holding the certification required for that type of facility; an assistant must be at least 15. The number of lifeguards must reflect how busy the pool is and the features of the site, and the operator must have a written supervision and rescue plan. See our guide to the rules.
Frequently asked questions
Can you respond to our call for tenders?
Send us the tender documents or contact us: we'll quickly tell you whether we can bid for that season.
Do you offer swim lessons?
Yes. With our Nage Assurée program, we provide the instructors, the program and the follow-up for swim lessons in your pool, for your residents, students or club members.
Can you just add to our team?
No. We take over the complete management of a facility's aquatic service: that's what lets us stand behind the quality of the supervision.
Let's talk about your pool.
A clear quote, no commitment. Or give us a call — we'd rather talk.
